A New Deal With Spain
Vicente del Bosque has decided to agree with an extension of a contract for 2 more years from now. This would be possible only to prolong his spell as being the head coach of the national team of Spain.
Del Bosque, a 59 years old man, took the reins of La Roja and followed their success at Euro 2008. He decided to guide them after succeeding in qualifying for the next World Cup finals in summer.
Spain is the country to have won 21 matches from 22 under the former coach of Real Madrid.
The associations president called Angel Villar said that the thing which is normal in this issue and instance is that the contract of the coach is being always renewed when qualifying for the World Cup.
So that, the board decided that they have to proceed with him another 2 years starting from now in the given conditions and whatever is going to happen.
Angel Villar also added that they have qualified brilliantly for the World Cup in South Africa, they are leaders of the world rankings. He is happy because they have won all the matches besides the only one game played against the United States Of America in the Confederations Cup. That was a match they did not give value to, so they have finished on the third place.
