Bordeaux Won The French League Title
Bordeaux won the French League title for the first time since 1999.
Laurent Blanc’s team beat Caen 1-0 Saturday to win the French League title.
Marseille beat Rennes 4-0 but with 77 points finished in the second place.
Bordeaux also win the French League title in 1950, 1984, 1985, and 1987.
Toulouse finished in fourth place, while Lille takes fifth spot. Both qualified for next season’s Europa League.
Also Lens, Montpellier, and Boulogne promoted to the first division.
